By far the worst law firm I have encountered. Especially the solicitor Zorabar Rai, who lacks every aspect of professionalism and extremely rude. To give you an idea of his lack of professionalism, when I spoke with him he was practically shouting at me and not listening to a word I was saying. He made me feel uncomfortable! If you are looking for someone who will listen to you and show a level of professionalism and general manners, then don't bother here, as this solicitor practically has none. Do not waste your money and time with this law firm.
Had one meeting with Senior Solicitor.
He was very quick to make decisions in my favour. To the point and wasted no time. I was very pleased when left. Unfortunately, could not assist me in a quite a difficult and sensitive case, but pointed me in the right direction with relevant advice. I found him to be very honest and knowledgeable. Based on this, I have given four stars.
Spoke to a receptionist this morning... talked all over me, wouldn't let me explain, no empathy, if this is the service you get... then forget it

Very poor service. Gone totally down hill. Does not follow through on instructions, and also not actually carried out work which they were asked to do. Rude individuals, with a poor attitude.
