I was very impressed by the service at KJ Smith. Despite having a number of changes in my solicitors throughout my divorce the transitions were always smooth and I was reassured with the speed with which each solicitor became aware of the details of my case. Matthew Thom helped me through the most important and trying stages of my case. I was continually kept abreast of all the options available to me and was also given good advice regarding the costs involved. He was knowledgeable, yet sensitive when dealing with matters. Matthew too is very articulate and has a great sense of urgency when required. Most importantly though, he is an honest and approachable individual and clearly a great asset to K J Smith.

I came across KJS solicitors shortly after separating from my husband in August 2017. I had no clue what to do or how to proceed. Matthew Thom guided me though a difficult and at times traumatic divorce. He was always accessible, answering my concerns promptly and fairly. At all times he was and is incredibly professional, but also sensitive, understanding and reassuring. One of the most important aspects of separation and divorce is trust in your solicitor, at no time did I lose faith in Matthew and I genuinely feel he did everything with my best interests at heart. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to my friends if they are unfortunate enough to find themselves in this situation. The other staff at KJS are also equally professional and helpful, thank you all!
