I highly recommend Ali and his team. We used them to install a new en-suite bathroom, a new bedroom floor as well as sourcing painters & decorators and roofing specialists. They are responsive, turn up when they say they will and Ali has been brilliant at organising/supervising the different trades and keeping us informed about what's happening next. A fairly contained job (replacing the en-suite) had to extend to various other works all of which Ali took on and helped us with. The attention to detail and quality of work is excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending CB1 Property Services. We would definitely use them again.
CB1 Property Services did a complete overhaul on our kitchen and dining room. They were always completely professional, considerate, efficient and reliable. They made the chaos of building work as painless as was possible. Excellent quality work. They cared even more than us about making our new kitchen as lovely as possible. They kept to budget and maintained excellent communication throughout. Highly highly recommend.
Alistaire is fantastic in his communication. Email responses were prompt and he text me if things organisational aspects needed a re-jig. It was very valued how he coordinated between the different trades.
I had him and his team take a wall out, skim some ceilings and lay a new Karndean flooring.
Pricing seemed relatively competitive and he stuck to his quote.
Overall a good job and I am very happy with the result.
