We had Thompson electrical do our electrics for our extension 2-3 years ago. The excellent Adam was our electrician, he was calm and the voice of reason amongst much chaos and upheaval during our building work. Only last week did I have to call Thompson electrical with a problem with our lights on a circuit. I was guided thorough a series of questions that pinpointed the issue and advised what to do to resolve it, sparing the need for a call out. Excellent triage, excellent service - highly recommended! I can't fault the service, nor price. We needed several items PAT certifying. Arrived spot on time, in, job done, out. All with good humour. I paid at the office, had a nice chat, got some great advice. Can I give 6 Stars please ?

We used Thompson Electrical Cambridge Ltd for some commercial works in Cambridge. They had someone out within a couple of hours who were very fast to resolve and fix the issue. Once works were completed I received a very detailed report very shortly after. Overall I highly recommend Thompson Electrical Cambridge Ltd as they provide a friendly, fast and professional service.
