Clearly the South Bucks Council is extremely badly managed. They have tried to blame it on COVID but sadly , they have been under performing for years so this is an endemic issue for them. Be it road maintenance, bins, safety....they are failing the residents badly. The staff is hard working and are not to blame, I think it's more of a top management / councillors issues. The fact that their rating is so bad (1.8 star !!!!) and that no one has the courage to at least respond to explain what is going on, tells it all. Only 1 thing to do : the elections of your councillors are next year on the 6th May 2021. Make your voice heard and vote for someone who is worth is and doing it for you and not for the glory.
AWFUL AWFUL customer service!! Worst bin collection team i have ever dealt with. Lack of complete care of local roads, and just a general "pass the buck" attitude with everything they do. i wish i could give 0 stars
Appalling service. My green bin was collected all of 3 times last year despite spending hours on the phone complaining and writing emails (all of which were completely ignored). I live at the end of a long lane where I am the only one with a green bin and therefore have come to the conclusion they simply cannot be bothered to drive down my lane to pick up one bin. On the odd occasion I have had a response to why the bin was not collected, they stated that it was either contaminated or was not out. I installed CCTV facing the bin to prove they were lying. At last you would think they would be made accountable for lying and not picking up the bin. NO, nothing! Bin still not being emptied and the South Bucks Council clearly couldn't care less!
Recycle bins not emptied due to Gestapo enforcement on what's in them no for warning I wish thay felt with pot holes with the same effort
On average people who work here are trying their best,but little things that business people could advise you on would vastly improve the service ,dave money and also improve the work environment ...why don,tyou ask me/us further
