We got married secretly on the 20th April 2017, we could not have wished for a more beautiful day! .. Two wonderful witnesses picked at random from the Library and Yvonne the Superintendant Registrar and us. The Ceremony was in the lovely Elizabeth room with a "borrowed" bouquet courtesy of Yvonne.. her beautiful soft way of speaking and her infectious laughter together with the perfectly fitting words made it seem like Destiny not choice. The music was also exactly right .. :).. We are absolutely delighted to award 5***** for the Service we received from booking the appointment to the actual end of the Ceremony.. Thank you so very much to the whole team that work there. We are off now to enjoy the new Chapter in our lives.. :) xxxx

I paid for a birth certificate which hasn't even turnt up, I keep phoning the line and it always says busy? What's going on is there only 1 person taking calls... Not only that when I first spoke on the phone the woman was rude and not listening to what I was saying
