They say they require 'two working days' for a repeat prescription. I waited four days for it to be delivered and it did not arrive. So I went to the pharmacy and they couldn't find it on the shelf. Much checking of computers! They then asked 'Was it one item?', I said, 'No, four items'. I had to wait whilst they 'found' it i.e. made it up! I waited for 15 minutes in a 'tight' waiting area with lots of others where it was difficult to social distance. When I got home and opened the bag there were 5 items, one of the items I did not need.
They were there when needed .Delivered meds right to my door. Very professional and helpful. Thanks
Came here on a Sunday morning when we needed some medication out of the blue for an eye problem. This was the only pharmacy that was open in town! Not only did we get what we wanted, the prices were competitive and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Saw that they are open long hours every day, so now I know where to go if I need any medical help out of hours.
Very poor service, there seems to be a lot of bodies falling over themselves but not working as a team & are far from effective. The service was second to none when Derwent Surgery had its own team, I definitely would not use them again!
