I have been looking at upgrading my audio/visual equipment and have been in contact with Richer Sounds at Cambridge. I have to say the service was first class. Hunter was especially helpful in sourcing exactly what i was after and gave me a much better deal than the competition could offer. He also personally delivered it the same evening at short notice. I needed to see a couple of TVs in the flesh before making a decision. I really appreciated Paul's knowledge and advice that ended up convincing me to buy the TV I wanted to buy but had been wavering on. No hard sell, no extended guarantee rubbish, he even knocked £100 off the price because I missed the Black Friday price by one day because of lockdown. Great shopping experience and one that couldn't be replicated online.

Fantastic customer service. I bought an amp and speakers over the phone without a demo during the lockdown, they price-beat a competitor for this package. When I got it all set up though I really wasn't happy with the sound. A couple of phone calls to help diagnose whether the problem was the amp or the speakers, and I decided I wanted to replace the whole package. They processed this very quickly for me, gave me a full refund for the original package and still a very good deal on the new kit. Now very happy with my new hifi and confirmed my long-held opinion that I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

Great store with super helpful staff. I bought a whole cinema system and was supported through it by Cibo, who put together a fantastic sounding package and could not have been more helpful. If this system lasts me as long as the last one I bought from RS, I won't be back for another 20 years, but I will look forward to it either way! Thanks a lot!
