Issue was successfully fixed. It was quite specific and required several parts (faulty power button on side of Samsung).
Yet, the communication from owner was honestly sub-standard (didn't reply to any emails, rarely picked up phone).
But in all fairness he fixed the issue and, the price seemed more than fair. Agree with other reviewers that this is a good place to take any items and a trustworthy service is guaranteed. Just wish comms was a bit better!
Very happy with them - I though my laptop was beyond repair, but they managed to get it back up and running. In fact it is running better than before! I am one very relieved and happy customer.
Totally useless. Took my macbook in in February 2020 and got it back in December 2020 in worse condition than I took it in despite going in each month to chase. Finally collected it with the back hanging off - six screws missing - covered in red permanent marker despite it only going in for a key change. Paid £150 Refund offered after I posted this review. Avoid at all costs. Spent an additional £25 on screws and screwdriver to fix.
Amazing and friendly service! Recovered urgently needed files from a damaged laptop within 2 hours, total life-saver, would 100% recommend!
Genuinely one of the best repair shops in Cambridge. They're very friendly and well-equipped to deal with just about any problem you might have.
