Amazing, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Never pushy, always a relaxed feel. I love Apple and just love the overall experience within the Apple Store. All the products in store or online are very high quality. You know they would not sell anything sub-standard that would damage the brand. Always feel reassured that when buying anything that it will be a quality product and will last the test of time.
Went for a battery replacement. Waited for 25 mins before having a genius say the procedure would be risky and I may have to pay for a new screen as well because the screen had a hairline crack at one of the edges. Ended doing the procedure myself and there is absolutely no way you can break the screen, unless you don’t know what you’re doing. Maybe they simply don’t...
Just picked up a new MacBook. Saturday before Christmas. Very busy and had to book a slot but the young people greeting us and organising the queue outside were doing a terrific job. Well done to all of you. Happy Christmas!
Great service as always ... security rather rude not as friendly as staff
Have had to return my daughters AirPods as one stopped working after having help from apple on the phone so an appointment was made.
Temperature check done on arrival and we were let in and led over to the person we needed.
The Genius Bar lady was very helpful and explained everything well and all was done quickly and professionally.
