Sadly it's not possible to give 0 stars. This company are truly awful and should not be allowed to continue trading. They accept orders, take your money but can't fulfill them. They will come up with every excuse possible and ignore your calls and emails. Absolutely appalling customer service. The owner is Henrietta Bannister who takes no accountability at all as the director of this shambolic company. I placed an order for a special birthday gift in June which never arrived. I then had to message and call continuously for 8 weeks solid before getting a refund and being told excuse after excuse which I believe are just lies. I was then told numerous times that the order was delayed due to stocking issues but I would definitely still receive the item but never did. I have had to give up contacting them and wasting my time. They are an absolute disgrace and should be reported to trading standards. Avoid like Covid-19! I hate doing this - BUT - DO NOT BUY from this site. The owner will take your money and give you NOTHING in return - except an endless series of excuses and blatant lies. 51 Days and I'm still waiting for my money back. If I hadn't paid by Paypal I doubt I would be getting ANY refund. When you tire of the excuses and lies - they IGNORE your emails. I'm shocked that they still have a website - are still available via search engines - and are seemingly FREE to keep ripping people off. Utterly INFURIATING.

Looks like a scam. Ordered a tshirt on 02/07/2020. No confirmation by email, money taken, no reply to emails, no reply to phone calls and no sign of the tshirt. If I'm proven wrong, I'll post another better review but this company stinks of con merchants at the moment so everybody AVOID!!

It’s a fraud ! Do not buy from this website ! Rip off. Bought a bath commemorative set , year ago . Only excuses , lies . I gave up . Lost my money .

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Seems to be run by an individual called Henrietta Bannister. Order placed for t-shirt on 27/04/20 and still not received, despite payment taken via Pay Pal. Several emails later, various excuses as to why order not dispatched. They have now stopped answering my emails since I demanded a refund. Pity that a zero stars option is not available.
