I rarely leave reviews but had to on this occasion as wanted to say thank you, and highlight the exceptional service I received from the Cambridge store, and in particular, Andrew. I was looking for advice on a good sound and TV set up, and had a budget in mind, but not really sure what I could get, and just as importantly was seeking guidance on positioning for optimal sound too. This was all going into my converted garage, my “man cave,” so really wanted to get it right first time! After my initial phone call it was clear that Andrew knew his stuff. He gave me an idea of models and specs to look at, and was available again a few days later when I called to ask possibly more silly questions! In fact, over a period of two or three weeks, and multiple calls to Andrew I finally settled on a spec and placed my order. There was not a hint of hard sell at any time and he just wanted to ensure that what I was going to order was right for me. Andrew is one of the most patient men I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, exceptionally knowledgeable and a credit to SSAV.

Knew what I wanted was welcomed by staff spent £2000 and came out within 20 minutes having the staff load it into my car Well done Sevenoaks

Have b&w 607 with strdn1080 amp. Phoned Sevenoaks for advice on an upgrade amp as the introduction of the 607 left a harsh treble with the sony. Expecting Yamaha or denon to be suggested but instead was introduced to Nad 578! On the basis of true, unmolested stereo sound with excellent atmos/Dolby capability. Took the plunge and never looked back. The difference in sound quality, Sonics and balance is non comparable. Never been a great listener to classical but now that's all I do just for the sheer listening enjoyment! Highly recommend and sevenoaks service and assistance top notch
