Great example of independent boutique! Visiting Cambridge and came across Troon. What a fantastic find. A really great collection of women's clothing to suit all shapes and sizes. Suzanna (the manager) brings that perfect mix of really helpful without putting you under any kind of pressure. She give really honest advice too! The labels carried are higher end although not unachievable but my word the quality and styling show. It's just so lovely to find something 'different' label wise. I will definitely be going again for another wardrobe revamp. Beccy Turnbull

Love shopping in Troon. Their new Autumn collection is great. It's cheap to park at the moment and Cambridge and Kings Parade are very quiet. I feel safe shopping in a smaller shop rather than the large department stores.

This is a favourite clothing shop of mine. The brands are great, varied in style and price points. The staff are wonderful! Excellent advice, opinions and assistance, getting sizes in especially where needed. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere - well worth a visit.

I have been shopping here, for a number of years now, and feel very at home here! The staff have become more like friends, rather than assistants. I love the friendly atmosphere, and the great, and honest advice I receive. I have built up a wonderful wardrobe. I have already purchased a couple of new season items, and am looking forward to seeing the complete new ranges. Many thanks to Suzanna, Jane, Rosie, and Julie.

I was sorry to be misled by a clerk in the Cambridge branch of this shop. I had purchased an expensive dress and at the last minute added a necklace to the purchase, on the promise of the clerk, Rosie, that I could return the necklace for the purchase price in the next few days if it didn't suit, so that I could find another one that went with the dress. I contacted Rosie by telephone the next day to say the necklace didn't suit as it was too short and arranged to return to the store. When I returned she refused to refund the necklace price as previously agreed. If the promise hadn't been given on the day I purchased the dress and necklace, I would not have bought the necklace and I told the clerk this at the time. The experience soured me on a store I had previously liked. I will not be returning.
