I will miss the kind and gentle 'bedside manner' of Mark the vet when I move to London next week... All of the staff are absolutely wonderful here, but as I have rats I always see him for his specific rat knowledge and care. I hope to find a rodent specialist as good and kind in London! Tragically, I am leaving Worcester with 4 rats instead of 5, but my little Dot had a very peaceful passage today thanks to Severn View Vets and their compassionate handling. I have used them for a few years now and recommend them highly for all animals. And especially to rat parents!
The staff are wonderful. I very recently had to have my little ageing cat put to sleep and I was shown such wonderful caring. I have been 'using' this Centre for many years and would recommend it to anyone.
Inept practice manager who has no care or compassion based upon a mistake already made you would think they would adapt and overcome to work around me but apparently not
Very disappointed dog had massive mass in chest only had£70 on. Me would not tell me if cancer or not I'll pay other£30all about money not about animals welfare
My two Labradors have both had cruciate ligament ops. and are receiving treatment for osteoarthritis which includes hydrotherapy. The care and attention has always been excellent .from very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable staff.
