The vets and staff here care very much for the animals and their owners. Plenty of parking in the car park and when things are not in covid times, the reception is spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. Also, in normal times you can turn up and wait which is great but in the Pandemic, appointments must be made with the social distancing rules. It works very well.
I would highly recommend Henwick Vets.
Such a lovely practice, all the staff are lovely. I have used this practice for many years and have never been unhappy. I find they explain what is going on with your pet really well and what treatments can be offered and what's best for your pet. The prices are very fair and I have never had a nasty shock in a bill.

I find this a fantastic vetinary surgery, no problem is to big or small. Efficient and professional service. Competitive pricing with no time wasting.
The best vets so far trust me as I've been to at least 5-6 vets around Worcester and since came to Henwick we never changed our vets again. They are nice, friendly, very straight forward diagnosed the symptom and the most important thing is they are a very good listener as well not just give thier own opinion one side., no hidden cost, very comparison price. Thank you for looking after our pets :) Highly recommend.
