While I was glad to find an emergency vets open on a Sunday, and expected to pay more than usual I thought this service was incredibly expensive over three hundred pounds to check my cat over and make sure he was ok. ... despite my pet insurance paying the fees to them directly ( I paid the excess on the day) they are still bombarding me with PAY NOW letters . Not the nicest experience , they are obviously incredibly money orientated and not overly concerned how much stress they cause ...x

We had to take our dog as an emergency due to our normal vets being closed. The staff on the phone was a great help and delivered a fantastic service. We were seen straight away once we arrived at the practice and greeted by the vet. The vet was very nice and sorted out the problem within minutes. We were very happy with the treatment of our beloved pet.

Vets now where very helpful and kind at first point of contact. I found it difficult that we could not collect our pet until the evening of the next day but staff where very kind. The only negative issue would be price of treatment or services offered at vets now, it is sometimes four times the normal cost of your own vets and in a crises this is then very distressing. I know it's an emergency services at night but still feel it's too expensive. Apart from that it's brilliant and staff very preffetional.

Disgusting, awful service.I WILL NEVER TAKE A PET TO VETS NOW AGAIN. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. My fathers 7 year old cat went in with a loose tooth, they failed to detect the loose tooth even under anaesthetic, they caused a breathing problem to the cat (he had never suffered any breathing problems prior to being admitted to vets now),he was with them for 2 days due to his breathing deteriorating,i was telephoned at 1am by a vet who asked for £3,200 to put the cat on a ventilator. This cost was impossible, which led to a perfectly healthy cat(with only a loose tooth)being put to sleep at age 7,leaving my father lonely and without his companion. The overall balance was £1,400 for drips, xrays over 2 days. I contacted customer support and after a very lengthy 35 day wait-was offered £90 good will gesture. This was an insult to the £1,200 that was paid to vets now, leaving myself and my father very unhappy with the whole experience. NEVER CONSIDER VETS NOW AS AN OPTION.

Thanks for the kindness and understanding shown by the vet at the time
