Had fun time walking in rain. Just discover that healthland area in park do cow grazing. Will be have checkout when when cows are back.

Best ice creams at the lake cafe, beautiful forests and paths to walk or cycle, and all the Go-Apey and Segway fun for all ages of visitors. Parking situation uncool since the council stole all our local free parking though 😡

Large public country park and nature reserve. There is a large lake. A variety of gravel surfaced and unsurfaced paths through woodlands and heath. Beside the lake is a cafe and a children's play area. There is a large car park with a few disabled spaces. There are paths suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters including a tarmac path round the lake. There is a Go Ape in a small area of the woods. On the eastern edge is Pinewood Studios and parts of Black Park are often used as film sets. In the summer it can be very busy but it is still possible to find peace and quiet away from the car park.
