This is an amazing park. It has a lovely lake, beautiful walking trails, a nice big cafe area and of course Go Ape with all the fun stuff for kids. Parking available for low cost inside the park - about 5.50 for the whole day - some free parking on the edges of the park b Highly recommended visit!

Great place for a walk, run, cycle etc. Couple of cafes so you can get a coffee fix, bacon roll or some lunch. Good amount of parking, but gets busy.. the parking is cash, cards or via the parking app (RINGO) paying via the app means you skip any queues for the machine and can top up your time there as you walk around.

There's a large go ape centre here right next to the large car park. The wooded area is huge and has a lot of tracks to wonder round. The lake is a decent size with areas for dogs to get comfortably in and out of the water and to snap some really nice pics with benches every now and then. There is a children's play park which is a decent size and a place to get a nice hot drink. A couple of 'ice cream' trucks are located on some of the main tracks in the woods.

Beautiful walks round the lake and through the pine trees. The colours are fabulous. Near the car park is the Go Ape entrance. You can pay to use the 6 zip wires and various rope bridges. Great for dog walking.

Best Place to visit if you like nature and walking in the woods. We loved going there and will definitely go in future too. We went yesterday and it was too cold. But a lot of people were there along kids and maintaining social distancing. We we had coffee and fries from a cafe near the lake.
