At the beginning we had to wait for 15 minutes outside of the store as there was only 1 staff member, other other 2 members and assistant manager was in the back room. We were dealing with Shabnaj about changing the ring size and she misplaced and mixed certificates for old and new ring and was incompetent to establish which one is correct for certain ring and we nearly went away with the wrong certificate after battling with her for 10 minutes we had to agree that she is right. Then I've decided to proof our point that we were given a wrong certificate, so I asked for CCTV, Sabnaj decided to call for assistance manager who then established that we were right and her staff member was badly wrong as supply of wrong certificate it's a big issue.And we didnt even had an apology from anyone of staff member till we asked for it .

Was looking for my wedding ring at H Samuel west field shopping centre in London the staff and their manager were rode . I end up buying my ring from Cambridge. 😏
