I have been just to the shop with my family and kids!!
I bought a gift for my wife a jumpsuit for £34.99.
My wife put it on only once and for an hour!
The material tear all along the trouser !! She can not really put it on again, it’s a very bad quality material and we bought it only 4 weeks ago.
Now the problem is with the manager who has no experience with dealing with customers and has no listening skills!! She kept arguing it’s my wife who damaged it as must have sat on something!! We explained she only went for an hour and sat beside me in the bus and all of the sudden we realised these tear into the material.
Manager interrupted , no refund ! It’s my wife who damaged it and that it’s a good material!!!
My wife and I very disappointed with this shop and brand, and more with the staff who work there. I left it to them on the table and walked away disappointed with my wife and kids!

Lovely clothes and friendly staff. Got what I needed and it wasn't a rip off.
Ordered some shoes, tried to change the address 5 minutes after placing the order and they refused.
Managed to get in touch with the person that lives at the wrong address and they never received anything.
Asked for refund, they refuse because they say they delivered.
