Bought a ring for a birthday. It was bigger size than the person's finger. I asked how much it was going to cost for resizing it. I was told 10 pounds. Then I bought it, gave it to my girlfriend. She went there to resize it with the gift receipt. Now the charge for resizing was 50 pounds.
I wasn't given the option to pay for a resizing upfront by the staff, and it became 5 times more expensive than the price suggested before buying it. Not sure if those are normal practices, but I'd have to post it to inform other people for this. BR.
Very helpful staff, went in to enquire about engagement ring maintenance. Even though I didn't buy my ring there the staff were able to tell me about my ring, how to care for it and the services they offer in the form of repairs should I need some. A very pleasant and informative visit indeed.
Absolutely lovely service. Can not complain at all. The staff were friendly and quick with getting my order.
Amy was very helpful, she spent a lot of time showing us different rings and helping us decide which ring size we should go with since my wife has a condition and we needed to decide which ring would suit her best.
