From the start, I wholeheartedly trusted Gerri because of the wealth of experience and passion she brings to her work. She is friendly, sensitive and stylish, helping me to match my dress with a veil and hand-making my jewellery and my mum’s mask. My dress had lots of intricate lace work, but nothing was a problem for Gerri - she worked very hard to help me get the perfect fit, and in excellent time! She also had good ideas on how to make the dress more comfortable, for example by adding in some silicon tape and a bustle, which I really appreciated on the day. If you need bridal alterations by someone you can trust, Gerri is definitely your lady!
Gergana is your go to for wedding dress alterations, she is very talented and is a proper dressmaker and could make you one from scratch if you wish! She is so knowledgeable, nothing is too much for her to do, my dress was a perfect fit and I was very happy with her work, she also made me a veil to go with the dress. Don't go anywhere else!
I found Gerri through a local bridal salon who said she was the best in town. They weren't wrong. Gerri went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the fit of my wedding dress. I was especially worried about the cups that came with my dress showing through. Gerri managed to find alternative cups that were completely seamless! I was so relieved. She also did an exceptional job shortening the length and adding a bustle--all at an extremely affordable price.
I am so lucky that i stumbled across Atelier SIMON online, i felt comfortable and in capable hands as soon as i arrived. It's so clear how experienced and professional Gerri is from word go! I had two wedding dresses to be altered, as i'm getting married abroad so had one dress for Cyprus and one for the UK. The Cyprus dress was intricate (lots of lace) and i had been worried that it would be difficult to do as i'm short and needed taking up a lot, Gerri took it in, took it up, altered the straps, added new pads and even helped with the itchy sequins by adding some latex strips to the inside of the straps. The dresses fit perfectly,i honestly couldn't have asked for more and for a reasonable price. I've recommended Gerri to so many people already she is amazing and a really lovely person. Will post pictures after the wedding :) thanks again!
Geri is an amazing and very talented dressmaker. What is special about her is that she knows exactly how dresses ( especially wedding dresses) should sit and move and how your day will affect how your dress should fit. She took my dress down from a size 14 to 6! Because she can cut patterns she knows exactly how to take a dress apart and put it together again. My dress looks like it has not been tailored at all and all the seams have been sewn with perfection and care. Geri is a true professional who takes great pride in her work and charges a fair price without compromising the quality. I would recommend and completely trust her with my wedding dress. Shes so friendly and easy to chat to as well. I'll be bringing her all my clothes for alterations in the future! Thank you so much Geri!
