Please Trading Standards do check this company. They do dodgy tactics behind. I will be reporting this company to UK Trading Standards and media. They let friends to park on private for free , while giving a fine to a residents living there. This company has to be checked internally and through CCTV. Report sent to UK Trading Standards and Watchdog.

Absolute thieves. I cant believe that a sign as in the picture below can be considered visible and resulting into a contract being entered into. This is basically extortion... pay the fine unless you can be bothered to go to the effort to take them to court.

Our residential block uses this company to stop people parking and hopping on the train or off to work. After recently moving in, I struggled at first to secure parking outside my home, But Nitika called me and explained what I needed to do. She was very helpful. Now I have a residents permit and don't need to worry

Was fined for parking my own car in my own space (space number corresponding to my flat number) because my badge had fallen off the badge into the passenger footwell. Filled in the online form politely explaining the situation and that I could prove I was the resident and it was my space, asking that they waive the fee on this occasion. They then sent me a letter essentially saying they understood what it was saying but didn't care, all that mattered was my badge on that particular day was not visible so I had to pay them £60.
