Very bad company, keeps giving me tickets at my own address.
If this was possible, Id give a minus ten ranking. This is not because I'm furious that they ticketed me. Money is not an issue for me, £100 is peanuts. If I made a genuine mistake like parking on a double line, over stayed, or packed without a valid ticket، I'd happily pay for my own mistake. However, when you have a permit and you are in your residential parking space and get ticketed in a sneaky/ shady way, then this completely unacceptable. PCM puts unclear signage to deceive people and get money out of them unfairly; proper modern robbery/ bandits/ Mafia. Every single resident in my area was ticketed unfairly at least once. They reject all appeals by default and external claims are 80% of the time in their favour. I will see an MP about this and will escalate it.... Message to PA housing: is that the way you treat your tenants who pay rent regularly? Allocating this Mafia companies to rip us off? Then when we contact you, you act as if you have no control.of the situation? What a disgrace.
The worst company in England, they do all the tricks to issue a penalty charge to residents in their own parking space, hopefully one day someone will stop them from doing what they've been doing for years. " unbelievable"
This company should be closed down! They give tickets for parking in your own bay that came at £10k on top of my mortgage! So I own the bay!
They hide behind emails and won’t answer the phone - simply use “bully boy” tactics to scare you to pay the fine - all the do is use T+C terminology that is incorrect and never reply to the key facts of your email - inept, corrupt - I could go on
Awful company and awful service! I am resident where they manage our parking spaces. I was charged for not displaying permit. And when I appealed proving I am a resident and parking space is my private space which I purchased and own and parked car was my personal car therefore not any unauthorised car, my appeal was rejected straight away! Never I mind I have all proofs and they actually work for us and we pay their salaries!!! No flexibility at all charging residents who actually are their customer! And if I wanted to re appeal, I loose my right to discounted charge or I don't appeal. Their way of saying don't bother re appealing just pay the charge!!!!!! So now I have to pay loads of money for parking my car in my private parking space which I own. Awful company!!!
