For two hours, they made me wait. A day before, I had informed that I was coming, but they made wait for no reason. An employee of yours named Tony behaved rudely with me on the phone, telling me I have to pay £20, but this wasn't mentioned before. At 7pm I had called them to have my car ready and it was ready by 9:15, over two hours of delay.
Very, very poor service. Waited 25 mins for them to turn up at the drop off for a 6am meeting, phoned at 530am to confirm 6am, eventually arrived at 625am. On return we waited an hour, even though constant assurance that the car was on it's way, it has a tracker and we could see it was still parked. Do NOT use this service, it's the worst we've ever had and they don't reply to complaints
Used meet and greet. Late on departure and arrival. Higher mileage on return so had been using my car and fuel. I always take lots of photos but no response to complaints with documented mileage photos.
My car was returned with the every cable from my front and rear dash cameras disconnected, the front camera had also been turned to face away from the road; I wonder what they are trying to hide. I contacted Happy Days and was told a manager would be in touch, but they haven't.
Drop off and pick-up was from the T3 drop-off lane, I had to wait in this lane for 10 minutes for a driver to collected my car (to be fare I was 15 minutes later than planned due to road delays), I had to wait 35 minutes from calling to get my car back.
These are the worst meet and greet I have ever had the misfortune to use - my friend booked it for us in good faith but they were useless.
We rang when we had our baggage and then waited 55minutes in the freezing cold we rang several times but still no car - the page work stated that we should wait to be collected in terminal 2 level 4 row b but that is obviously something that costs the company and it was totally untrue, so we had to wait in the cold at the drop off point.
I have scored them a 1 as there is nowhere to add -1 just like the freezing evening we had to wait in !
