Absolutely useless,,never get your medicine on time... very rude and arrogant staff...

If I could give zero I would. Literally every time I go theres a problem with me or someone else in the queue. Either the systems down so people can't get their prescriptions or their card machine is down so people can't pay buy card, long queues that are only long because all the staff just loiter at the back and have no care for serving customers in the queue or for answering the telephone that they let ring for ages. Awful service, only getting by on their brand name. If you get a prescription from your doctor don't get it sent here. Don't give these people your money or your service.
If there was less than one star that’s what I would give. My daughters milk comes to this pharmacy from my gp. Whenever I call to request it they do not answer. When I finally get through and mention that I have been calling for hours with no answer the staff are rude and unprofessional instead of apologising. When I get there to collect I have to wait a minimum of 30 mins and they can never see the milk in the bag on the floor which I have to point out every time. The worse customer service and the person behind the counter is always so miserable no hello or hi.
This pharmacy has the absolute WORST customer service it's unbelievable!! Every single time I've gone there there's always been a problem.
Extremely slow service. No coronavirus precautions - 8 people in a small space, 2 without masks. Unable to search their records for prescriptions. I had to go back to the GP and get evidence they sent the prescription to the pharmacy and then they blamed me for their inability. I can’t believe this level of incompetence exists. Never coming here again.
