I’m not a one to complain but I’ve had problems with this pharmacy many times. I’d been prescribed a cream and got told 3 times to come back the next day after 11, each time they obviously did not have my cream in so had to eventually get it delivered to my house. Been trying to get another medication for a week to be told the day before I’m due to start it that the supplier doesn’t have it and to then be correctly informed by another pharmacy that it’s not longer in existence! Will be changing pharmacy from now on.
I have received excellent service from a friendly and helpful staff
over many years.
Can You explain to Your unpleasant and rude staff members that Healthcare Workers are not working only in Care Homes , and whenever they have to pick up medications for residents of Chalfont St Peter or others they don't have a time to stay in the 40min queue in the time of pandemic . Always making same mistakes with prescriptions and carers have to waste they precious time again and again . Absolutely unacceptable !!!
Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of choice for toiletries, makeup and other little odds and ends a chemist will usually sell
