Poor quality, I showed my stylist a picture. Simple Bob cut graduated to be longer at the front. I got a cut the same length all around, looks like a basin has been put on my head and cut around it. I was literally in the salon for 28 minutes, all very rushed. Shame because I have used a different stylist at the salon before who did the cut I requested from the same picture with excellent results.
Such disappointments really. I was with them for a while, recommended friends, etc. After lockdown got an appointment to feel good again. Nice conversation at the start. However, I must have say something the director didn't like as the last 20min felt like he was pulling my hair out one per one. Although the back was well done, I finished with a haircut that was too short in the front and asymmetric which I explicitly said I didn't want. They are not going to see me again.

I have been coming to toni and Guy for over 20 years and would never dream of going anywhere else. I am in a wheelchair and everyone always goes out of their way to help me and make sure that I am comfortable.
It's a very happy salon and it's very evident that everyone loves working there.
All staff are very professional and extremely friendly. I very much enjoy my visits to the salon and over the moon at the result.
Can't fault the post-lockdown experience: clear guidelines were sent before the day, non-invasive temperature taken on arrival, free PPE kit at the door.
The treatment is always faultless with Angelina. She does a wonderful job. Despite being a bit nervous before my first post-lockdown appointment, I felt very relaxed and my hair felt and looked amazing after.
