Extremely expensive and poor service. They arrange long meetings, full of boring social chit chat, and then will invoice you for every second of their time. They bill for phone calls that we cannot recall receiving and will not provide any evidence that these phone calls were made. Make sure you get a Client Letter laying out the fees in advance (not months later) and get competing quotes from other firms. Better still, avoid them completely.
