Tried charging me £240 for a 10 minute conversation in which they rang me, with no agreement or contract, you would think being lawyers they would know that right? Not worried or stressed at all but you have to laugh.. must be desperate for money in covid

"Paul Tapner came highly recommended. I hired him to help out with a complex issue where I needed someone who could balance my wish to get better after a RTA over going in contentiously just to get a high award. His approach towards the other side got me the help I needed under the rehab code and that made the time to settlement go by much more manageably. He was busy working away on my case but left me to put all my energy into improving. He was there when I needed but kept the litigation process away from me which is what I wanted. He happily talked to my proxy and they afforded me the space I needed from the litigation process. Paul is very switched on and detail orientated. He appeared to know every detail of my case when asked a question on the spot. He gave a very realistic impression from day 1 and never overpromised. I was impressed with the calibre of experts he instructed and also on his flexibility and non judgemental approach. I was worried the case would be overwhelming but Paul and his team got me a result that balanced my wish to get better with his knowledge of what I would need finanically to go towards putting me back in the position I deserved to be in. I’d hire him again but with all respect I hope I don't have to!"

LIVERPOOL BRANCH. Cambridge branch alwayd helpful. I waited 4 years to get a verdict. I had to call for updates all the time. Now, to understand how it works, they dont have to call you with every single update. But when awarded with £7,500....you would think they would tell you (after saying "we will notify you when we get the money") when they will send the cheque. Asked to file a complaint many times but no follow up. Dreadful.

Absolutely diabolical service. I phoned up two weeks ago and got told I would receive a call back before 5pm the same day. Nothing. I then rang again a week later, was told the same thing, still nothing. Why bother telling people you’re going to call them back, but then not doing it? If you’re swamped and can’t call back, don’t say you will!
