Good reviews are likely setup FROM OWNER. Most reviewers have only one or two reviews under their account. Classic sign of reviews being fake. Beware! Very unprofessional, do not stick to viewings or appointments. Very bad at managing property. Would never use again. If you have a property to rent out, I would recommend going with another letting agent. These truly are cowboys and I don't know how they stay in business. Some staff such as Bronte try to be helpful, but the arrogance and unprofessional attitude of Chloe and Chris (directors) is toxic and has completely ruined the company. The company also like to make fake good reviews. You can tell by most reviewers have only one or two reviews.

Very responsive to any enquiry or issue report emails. All documentation online, including contract signature! And quick and smooth end of tenancy. Best letting agent I have used!

I had a pleasant experience going through the process of renting with Tyler's thanks to Alex and the great work he did getting me set up! Only recommendation I'd have is for Tyler's to set up an online portal to keep track of rent payments and as another format for bringing up issues such as maintenance requests and the like. Otherwise, great agency and no complaints on my end

Excellent experience with Tyler's so far! Prompt, professional, and easy to work with group. Alex and Charley have been great so far with explaining the UK way of life and necessary dealings. They are easy to get ahold of and quick to respond throughout the renting and tenancy process.

We rented a property through Tylers for around 3 years. During that time we found them to be very unhelpful. Luckily we had a good relationship with the landlord and went directly through the landlord. When it came to getting our deposit back at the end of the tenancy they were consistent in their un helpfulness. They were rude and unhelpful and didn't release the deposit within the 10 days mandated by the government DPS scheme, claiming they needed written permission from our landlord, but never clarifying with us or the landlord this was the case. We also had to deal with them as part of our house purchase. Again, very little help and we ended up coordinating directly with the seller rather than wait for Tylers. Avoid interactions with Tylers unless you are happy to handle the letting or sale yourself as you will get very little help from them.
