Avoid at all costs!!! Not doing the job properly, hard to reach, really unprofessional.

Avoid this cow boy solicitor firm!!! very un-professional, when you phone them to speak to the solicitor mostly they are not around and no call back, had to chase them again as other people are very un-helpful. They solicitor who was dealing my case didn't fight well and when i discuss this with other solicitor in the same firm she said it was a win win case she can do better etc etc..... and in the middle she left the firm and no one informed me that she left the firm 2 weeks back, i only found out by calling them when i didn't receive a e-mail response from her, Than another solicitor took over my file and stared to giving me false promises and also admitted that the previous solicitor should fought well on hearing day and it was a winning case etc etc, I lost faith on them and asked for a money back which they did. Hired another solicitor who was very professional and knowledgeable and the case got dismissed in 2nd hearing. When the case got dismissed Judge granted a cost back for both (sarfo and new solicitor firm), my new solicitor already arranged a cost back and sent a cheque to my home address, i contacted Sarfo for the same but sadly no action/progress as yet and i am mentally prepared to loose £450 due to their laziness..... Please avoid these cow boys solicitors....

This is a very bad and no responsibility of solicitors. ThIs is my real experience with them. I want to share in here. Because i still have trouble what they did. Many of things was wrong from beginning when i first step to walked to their door. They have part time solicitors to look for your case. When you need to ask something about your case, No ways. Please send an email to wait reply about 3-5 working days from your solicitor maybe will have a reply for one sentence. When you phone them to speak to your lawyer, you need to wait as a contain time for call back(No reply). If you do not believe you can try to phone them to ask some lawyer name to get this answer. They solicitor will tell you the prosecutor evidencey very strong, you will be in prison for x years!! Fxxk off! I was asked please help me, i did not do it. They did not listen to me and did not ask me something i can provide. That lawyer tell me sorry i cannot do anything with you. I work for part time and i have a son need to take care. Day by day passed near the hearing date. When i asked what kind of evidence i can prove. They were keep no reply for my email and call until the first hearing. I knew if i do not change the lawyer i will be in prison. I found another solicitor from London to look at my case.Helped me withdraw some charges. Finally i did not to prison at the end. It is my real story which year happened good luck. Please understand it is a new google account to make that feedback. If you same like my happened, Please leave a feedback in here to share that. And i have a question want to ask them. How many clients they dont need to prison in your there?
