Under the current prevailing conditions, this business does everything required under the guidance, and then goes the extra yard. Always felt comfortable and safe, and that's from a Chartered Safety Practitioner. Oh, and the hairdressing is brilliant too!
Great haircut lovely staff.
So I came here first of all for a set of bangs putting into my hair ( 2 side fringes ) i specifically stated BANGS! And walked away with a full fringe. She told me to go home and wash and blow dry my fringe and it will be bangs, I give her the benefit of doubt and done so. Unfortunately still a full fringe. Not sure what hairdresser tells you to go home and do your own hair anyway, she knew she messed up. I put it down to her just making a mistake, she told me she was the bosses daughter her name was hannah if I remember correctly. The atmosphere in there is awesome so I thought maybe shes having a bad day. So I went back in months later for my blue hair to be bleached back to blonde, she strand tested my hair and told me she would call me within the hour so I waited still no phone call I had to call the salon the next day to see what had happened with my strand test. She told me it hadn't lifted at all and to go to another salon for a second opinion... like what... who wants to direct customers away from there business. I've never been treated in a salon like this before its shocking. Neither have I written a review before like this. But it needs stating. It's a shame someone else couldn't of done my hair both times, could have been a different outcome. 👎👎👎👎👎
Always pleased of my hair cut and staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble
I had my hair done by Morgan. So happy with the final results. Definitely would recommend this salon.
