Late delivery chicken under cooked and the chips were frozen reheats greasy and my partner found a pubic hair in his baguette. Customer service was dreadful when we rang up to complain we were told not to bother ordering from them again (as if we would after the disgusting food and hygiene and the rudeness and unprofessional customer service) would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be giving them my custom again!!! Shocking
Sorry guys just had Lasagne and chips. Lasagne absolutely bone dry and burnt. Could not even separate the layers. Cant comment on taste because it was impossible to eat it! Husband has Scampi and chips, equally dry but barely edible. On a positive, chips were nice. Would advise try elsewhere, waste of money and was not cheap!!!!!
Worst food I've had in a long time, baguette was drowned in mayo, chip were clearly frozen, everything was soggy and sticky toffee pudding was disgusting, not a current in sight! Won't order again, totally disappointing.
Food isn't bad, unfortunately no contact for nearly two hours until we phoned, then waited another 20 minutes for delivery. Warm food rather than hot. Used twice and first time was fast efficient and nice, 2nd time was definitely a let down unfortunately.
Had a Sunday Roast delivered. Didn't really know what to expect but it was really tasty, and good value for the price.
