Slow because of the Covid 19 restrictions but got a discount for waiting so all good! Nice hot chock friendly staff.

Toilets super clean.
I went into Costa at 17:00 after being told on the website that its open until 18:00. When we went in I could hear the Guy serving say we are closed. After we were told by two customers and my Son that the man said "we are closed, can't you see the big sign right in front of you" i went back to see if I could see the Guy but to no avail i wanted to give him a mouth full. Completely rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Avoid this place. Don't deserve the service. The Guy serving was Either Australian or New Zealand.
Constantly being told where to stand by someone who probably should have joined the police force instead of being a barista. No one likes a power trip.
Great service/staff, friendly and helpful, plus the best delicious Black Forest hot chocolate served!
