Paul was very prompt to come out, even on a bank holiday, and made a thorough examination of what work had to be done and took photographs, just to prove he was being upfront about it. After some initial repairs he pointed out what other roof damage needed attention and entirely left it up to us as to whether we wanted to go ahead, which we decided to do. He and his colleagues were very professional in their approach and did not take longer than necessary to complete the work and left everything very clean after they had finished. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone who needs an honest, professional service.
