I bought half a lamb jointed by the butcher here last summer and froze it. When I used the joints individually I found them to be small and boney. Then I realised a lot of the meat (all of the fillets) on each joint had been removed when the lamb was being cut into joints, just leaving bone and skin. Very shady practice. I will be contacting Trading Standards.
