I love Bentley's - the staff are knowledgeble and willing to help. They patiently advised me when due to health issues I needed guidance and a flexible approach. They thought "outside of the box" which was exactly what was required. There was no pressure at all to purchase but plenty of empathy and understanding. I feel that Bentley's represents what we have lost in many large retail stores - the personal touch where the customer is valued and time is taken to ensure satisfaction. The quality of the products is second to none - would wholeheartedly recommend.
