Do not use this facility. Try not to visit either, especially at night, as there is a real risk you'll meet a sad thieving sack of a human being.
What a useless place to park and lock your bike. Just spent a whole day in London to then return to find my brother's bike got stolen, right next to mine. They didn't pick his lock, instead took the metal bar off the frame of the stand. Right in front of the CCTV cameras too. What's the point in having this facility if these thefts happen!?
2 bikes stolen in 3 weeks. bike racks can be removed from the floor. local scandal as this is only place you are allowed to park bikes at the station.
I would have put no stars if possible. Just had a nice day out in London with family to return back to Cycle Point to collect my bicycle, but it has been stolen. All that was left was the basket. Furthermore, I tried to use the Help system downstairs, no reply after 8 calls made. I then tried the Emergency button for assistance and worse still, no answer on this either. If someone had been attacked or in a really made situation, that would have been awful. I have never used the bike park before - this was my first time and now last, as now I have no bike and no money to replace it either. Parked within 4 metres of the CCTV in broad daylight and well locked to the metal ramp system. Police and Cycle Point informed. Should have read other peoples' review first - I'm not the only person to have their bike stolen my a long way. What an awful place. Avoid.
Despite using it rarely, I've had my bike stolen. This seems to be a theme here - my partner's front wheel was stolen just a couple of months ago. Avoid if you like your bike!
