Absolutely awful customer service. My GP issued a prescription on a Monday, I showed up on a Wednesday and they had the nerve to tell me that they had just received the prescription and wouldn't get it ready until Friday! When I said I was running out of medication on Thursday, the only solution they could come up with is to give me the prescription and leave me to my own devices in trying to find a pharmacy that would fulfill it. What a joke and insult to chronic patients. Best avoided
Disgraceful customer service, on two consecutive days. After long delays and being told to come back tomorrow, I was stung with a £65 charge for my private prescription that I was not expecting. Some staff were not wearing their masks properly, you'd think a pharmacy would know they need to cover your nose to work. Avoid this store like the plague.
What an appalling place, long queues outside, their system is horrendous. If you want to have a stressful day come to this place. Awful!
