Pharmacy is shut between 1-2pm. I get there at 12.55, guy inside counter sees me but doesn't respond to buzzer. He waits 5 minutes, then comes to the door to tell me that since it's now after 1 they're closed for lunch. I explain that I've been there since before 1 and cannot come back after 2. He shrugs, says 'That's fine.' and shuts the door in my face.
I'm seven months pregnant by the way, and really needed my prescription today. Will be sending all future prescriptions to another pharmacy, and encouraging friends and neighbours to spend their money elsewhere.
Very rude foreign pharmacist and the cashier seemed very uneducated with limited knowledge. They did not have all the 3 items I needed. Never would I go back there and I only passed by because I did not have time to go into town. I waited 15 minutes outside in the cold because only 2 customers are allowed inside at once. Which is a joke considering other pharmacies allow more customers.
Workers need a proper training to deal with their patients.
I would give minus stars if I could! Stay away from this pharmacy. They are very unorganised and extremely rude, eye-watering rude most especially the cashier. They never seem to have the medication in stock, they ask you to go to another pharmacy to collect your prescription. As for this appalling service, when those certain individuals like the cashier are nasty or show no manners, it’s a true reflection on themselves Not others. What a shame!
Couldn't get my prescription due to "internet problems", and then haven't answered the phone at all. Unsure how to get my prescription now!
