Great service and friendly team thank you for your work
I have been using this pharmacy for some years. Many customers start complaining loudly as soon as they come in the door and can be very unpleasant. It is an extremely busy pharmacy and the staff are under a lot of pressure. I would certainly not want to work there. I have always made a point of being friendly and polite and always receive the same in return from the staff there.
Main issue was lack of discretion. Openly shouting people's prescriptions out including my own which was really embarrassing.
Was also without my prescription for over a month due to muddle with electronic prescription and communication between pharmacy and my doctor's surgery, which long story short was the pharmacies fault. Ended up going in 6 times (partly my fault but got sent round in circles).
Feeling sick anyway, the above hasn't helped
Slow, inefficient. Without exaggeration worst pharmacy I've ever been to.
