Amazing services Staff are polite and helpful, I do not know what's with the reviews about slow staff previously One of the staff is able to speak different languages ( I think is malay, Mandarin, Cantonese and a bit of Japanese) which might help in communication if you're struggling with I recommend this pharmacy :)

Very poor service, waited over 30 mins to get my prescription then only got given part of it, so went back for the rest and waited another 20mins... The woman on the front is very slow and unprofessional!! Tried to phone today to see if my babies prescription was ready but nobody answered the phone, I tried multiple times!!

I moved out of Chesterton and the one thing I will miss least is this horrible pharmacy with its incredibly slow service. I have a boots in the village i live in now and they are superb by comparison If they have three customers in front of you they will take atleast half an hour to get you in and out. Its really awful, even if you tell them you are in a burning hurry. I used to get my prescriptions processed there as the doctors next door and its convenient to do so, but in the end i gave up on them they just cannot seem to move any faster i then used the main Boots on Newmarket road which is far far far more efficient but a long drive. The staff are clueless. They just dream in the background with the attitude that another customer coming over the bridge all the time so no need to worry or speed up. If anything the customer appears to be an inconvenience. I would give this zero stars if i could. Without a doubt one of the worst chemists i have ever been in (globally)! DO NOT BOTHER. TRULY USELESS. NOT A CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I suggest a complete change of staff is in order and looking at the other reviews here i am not the only one who thinks so.

Latest front counter girl very slow with a poor command of English. Service invariably slow and repeat prescriptions rarely provided in full despite ample notice. Could do much better!
