Fantastic customer service when buying my new home. They were there to help every step of the way and helped the whole process go much more smoothly. All the staff i dealt with were helpful and professional. Michelle from Sales Progression kept in touch with me throughout with regular updates and it was reassuring to have a friendly person on the end of a phone when dealing with everything! The friendly and personal service was over and above, and really made all the difference in what could otherwise have been a really stressful time ! Thankyou for all your help!

Do you want to buy a Property in Cardiff? Stay away from Moginie James |Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agent!!!! Moginie James | Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agent is a horrible estate agent and in my own opinion they are a Cowboy estate agent . If you are thinking of buying a house through them you really have to think twice so you don’t incur huge loses. They don’t have any ethical and moral reputation and they are willing to cause financial loses to buyers if that would allow them make tiny profit margins. I offered £85k for a `£100k flat advertised on Rightmove and on their website .The office staff told me that the seller declined the offer and that the seller was willing to accept any offer with a “9 on it “ I then offered 90k which was accepted and within 2 days I received a letter in the post from Moginie James Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agency that the `£90k I offered has been accepted and that I should send them proof of funding, mortgage approval in principle and also subject myself to identify checks through a company called lifetimelegal . They said once those items have been received they would take the advert away from Rightmove. I went through the identity checks and sent then a full-blown mortgage application(a better alternative than what they asked for) and I paid and instructed conveyance. They refused to take the flat offline and after 2days I received an email from Moginie James Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agent that the seller has decided to offer it to a cash buyer from a previous viewer, which is a complete LIE. .They did not even offer me the opportunity to pay cash and or increase my offer which i could have done .I lost my mortgage application fee and conveyance fee. Moginie James estate agency is the worst estate agency i have ever dealt with.They did not even offer me the opportunity to pay cash and or increase my offer which i could have done .Moginie James Estate Agents is BAD BAD BAD ESTATE AGENT..

Moginie James took over management of my rental property when another management agent proved a complete disaster. They quickly sorted out all the issues, and for I can't thank them enough for their time and professionalism. Since then they have sold my property quickly and efficiently keeping me informed throughout. I thoroughly recommend them.

I started the process of selling my home before the lockdown which was caused by Covid 19. Moginie James found me a buyer within a week of the house going onto the market. Everything was going smoothly until lockdown. I do not live in Wales and I was worried about the sale. However, Aaron kept in contact with me so that I knew what was happening with my buyer. He calmed me down and contacted me during this very stressful time. In addition to Aaron, Michelle and Nathan were always on hand to update me on developments with the sale and offer advice on clearing rubbish that had been left by a previous tenant. Selling a home is stressful, living outside of Wales makes the process harder to control and the unprecedented lockdown due to Covid 19 made my stress and anxiety levels increase. However, the sales team at Moginie James were genuinely with me at every step of the way and made the sale of my house so easy. I felt that they have a knowledge about sales that you do not always find with other agents. They are all friendly and have time to deal with your concerns. I would recommend them in a heart beat and feel like there are no words to praise them enough. Thank you for your help in what has been a difficult time.
