Kathryn is warm, friendly and could instantly work out what was going on with my hip/ back pain in pregnancy. She gave me gentle exercises to practice at home and an amazing massage at each session, and I only needed 3 in total to become pain free! Reasonably priced and super effective, thank you!

Kathryn is a truly exceptional practitioner and person, who will treat not just the problem but also you as the whole person. She listens to everything you say, and then translates it into a diagnosis and then relays it back to you in an understandable way so that you can continue to work on the issue outside of the studio. She has a huge breadth of knowledge and skill, which really shows when we work together. She is the first practitioner i have met in the past 10 years who has actually made a difference to my chronic pain. And has empowered me to continue to make a difference in my own time using the techniques I've learnt. She understands that sometimes our lives are busy and gives manageable goals. I really couldn't recommend Kathryn enough. She is kind, caring and extremely talented.

Kathryn is amazing! I went to see Kathryn for a mummy mot and for pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain and a tummy gap after two caesarean births. Kathryn is really knowledgeable, professional and caring. She has created a really calm and supportive space. I have also been doing one-to-one Pilates with her and the sessions have made a huge difference to my strength, and have really helped me regain my confidence. I cannot recommend Kathryn highly enough!

I went to see Kathryn for a Mummy MOT after having an episiotomy with my second baby and general concern for my pelvic floor strength. Kathryn was knowledgeable and professional, helping me to feel at ease very quickly. She provided me with exercises to strengthen my PFs which have been great. She also picked up on a toe problem I had and gave me some tips for helping that to get better despite it not being what I went to see her for. I would highly recommend Kathryn for all Mums following birth. I would definitely go back to her for any future ailments.

Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend who couldn’t speak highly enough of her. I went to see Kathryn over a year after having my baby boy, a few of my friends had been for a mummy MOT and said how brilliant they were, but it wasn’t until a while later when I starting to run again and after having a bad cough, that I realised I needed help with my pelvic floor! Kathryn completely put me at ease as soon as I arrived for my appointment, I really felt she took the time to listen to my concerns and I felt myself wanting to tell her everything! Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable and really reassured me during the appointment, I came away feeling positive about taking control of my pelvic floor, getting back into running and feeling confident! I’m looking forward to my next appointment with Kathryn and working with her to achieve optimum pelvic physical health! Kathryn is warm, professional, and as a mum, she just gets it! I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
