Outstanding customer service from a fantastic family run business. I recently acquired a 1973 Sony ST-80 Radio Tuner and required specialist help with testing it. Firstly Gary greeted me with a smile and straight away i knew i had come to a warm and friendly place. After a couple of minutes chatting with Gary, Lawrence Searle came and invited me upstairs to give the tuner a good looking over, his expertise, experience and superior knowledge in this field told him instantly whether the two wired tuner was functional and the problems it had, to which I was very grateful. After being introduced to his lovely wife Maureen i left the shop a very satified customer. I will definitely be using "Searle Audio" in the furture and i would highly recommend to others. A+
