A very strange greeting when we visited on Sunday 30th August. Arrived shortly after 11.30 am and was asked if we had booked, We said we hadn't and also said we wanted to use our tastecard and just wanted a quick meal. The greeter went away to check and said they had no space and that we needed to book?? The premised was totally empty at the time, we said can we book and was told no and to come back in 30m, we asked would be given a table and was told no??? but to come back and try. We didn't bother returning but decided to phone to see if we could book but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed as we're fans of this company and enjoy going to their Paddington basin restaurant where we also receive a warm welcome and great service. We certainly wouldn't return to this beach....I think they need to retrain their team there as this reflects very badly on the company.

Perfect! The Pizza Express in Henley on Thames is a quaint restaurant. Staff are so friendly, helpful and patient. The food was absolutely delicious. Have eaten here many times and highly recommend it. Henley is a gorgeous town on the Thames and definitely worth a visit.
