Most unhelpful staff I've ever met in 30 years of building, took me 20 minutes to be spoken to and that's because i went and found someone. The manager looked half asleep and his customer relations left a lot to be desired. You lost a 10,000 order travis !

As always.. only use this place if Toolstation, Screwfix and Jewson don't have what you want..overpriced...unhelpful
