I recently did a tenancy changeover with SAB and they were really helpful. Lucy was very nice and always ready to help. She got back to me very fast every time and made the process much easier. Would definitely recommend. Some of the best agency experience I've had so far.

Lovely property with good cleaning services provided by the landlord for the communal areas. Very friendly personnel to deal with. Security of the doors and windows good. The large and well equipped kitchen and bothrooms, with 2 cookers and 3 fridge freezers in the Kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I would recommend this house to any professional tenants to consider. Nash

very rude people. would extract money for almost anything. they don't respect the tenants and I had a worst and unforgivable experience though its been few months I moved out from their property for this reason.

Seriously, these people Were not polite with me, I had stayed in one of their managed property, though the place was good but their service was impolite and avaricious, I mainly changed my house because of their behaviour. People be careful while renting out from them coz they do have some good houses but they don’t reveal a lot of things unless you ask and they charge more in terms of administration fees. They would also pose liability on you even if the things were already broken or repair, so you got to be particular about that and check properly while moving in and if some thing breaks or stops working just by regular usage you have to make multiple calls and mails in order to fix it. If you guys really like their property take these all into consideration or find a better property agents.
