James Barnett at Savills has managed the transaction of our sale from start to finish. From the very start of deciding to put the property on the market to completion James has guided us through every stage in a very professional manner. His communication with us has been timely and extremely informative and we are very pleased with the outcome of the sale and Savills handling of the sale. Very much recommended.

We'd just like to give a huge shout-out to Grace. We recently worked with her on a complex and difficult house sale. She was fantastic to work with - always communicating promptly and clearly, advising on mortgage brokers and solicitors, and going above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. While we hope never to have to buy a house again, if we do we would want Grace running the sale!

It was a pleasure to work with Lucy Banks and James Barnett on the sale of our home. 2021: Below comment depended on my experience with Savills Cambridge on 2019. This year on November 2020 I have rented another house with the same team (at the same development) but the experience was completely the opposite I'm afraid. It's been almost 2 months since we checked in the house and there were so many problems that needed to be fixed that I cannot list them all in this limited area. A list of vital items might give you an idea: Smoke alarm beeping every 30 seconds (took 1 week to fix it and it was only the replacement of battery!), broken window, broken bed, broken dishwasher, broken oven, broken microwave, broken (but at least working) hob. I've been waiting for the repairs patiently but this is really too much! I believe they don't give give enough attention to the problems that we have here and that's very bad. We could have most of them repaired just before Christmas but we are still waiting for the dishwasher to be repaired! There are several less urgent issues that I want to raise with the property management but they're still in the queue :( The check-in inventory report was also prepared so carelessly that I had to add 35 (Thirty-Five!) new items for the problematic points to the inventory report. The conclusion of these two renting experiences is; I think we won't rent any more properties after this one until we can find a mortgage for buying our own house!... 2019: I had wonderful support from the whole team, but would like to thank to Kristina specifically, because she was very focused with the process, had quick responses and cared about my concerns .

Fabulously professional, friendly and proactive service. Lucy at Savills was so supportive at every stage of the process making a fairly stressful and complicated process manageable. Communication between vendors, buyers, solicitors and agents was well managed by Savills. Very highly recommended.
